David Moriarty

David is a graduate of the University of British Columbia, where he obtained both his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees. David maintains a general litigation practice and regularly appears as counsel in the Supreme Court and Provincial Court of British Columbia.

Prior to joining RK Litigation, David practiced in the litigation group of a large Vancouver firm, practicing mainly employment litigation, construction litigation, strata and property litigation, insurance defence, and personal injury. David has volunteered his time at the University of British Columbia’s Legal Assistance Program and has sat on the board of the Community Legal Assistance Society.

Outside of law, David enjoys spending his free time playing hockey, volleyball, and golf, staying up-to-date on current events, as well as volunteering for political causes he feels passionate about.
